Seas the Day is a beach front home perfect for family and friends. The large upstairs and downstairs patios allow you to enjoy the ocean. And, the beach is a one minute walk with walking beach access at the house. The kitchen is fully furnished. Next door is our 2nd house
Reserve both houses for the perfect retreat.
The 1st bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with double sink and large shower. The 2nd bedroom a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom accommodates 6 with full under twin bunk beds.

Terms & Conditions
(A) Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
(B) Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles in bags; no loose trash
(C) Smoking on ground floor only
(D) Park on concrete under the house or on gravel area. Do not park on grass or vacant lots on either side.
(E) Do not ride ATVs or Golf Cars on grass or dunes. Keep any ATVs or Golf Cars on gravel areas.
(F) Please pick up after your pet.
(G) No open campfires or firepits allowed on property
(H) No Parking or driving any kind of vehicle on the grass.
(I) Firearms: No loaded firearms including BB, pellet, paint ball guns are allowed at any time.
(J) Fireworks: No fireworks of any kind allowed on property.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 45 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled between 31 and 45 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- In any other case, there’s no refund
- In the event of a cancellation, a 5% fee will be deducted from any refund
